I am Teba Aijaz, the founder and CEO of Green Pediatrics Behavioral Services, an esteemed organization aimed at helping people with autism. I have a Master’s degree and various certifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). I bring expertise and experience to my team and lead them by example.
My professional journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy started at the end of my undergraduate years. I have passed my boards and now I am fully committed to positively impacting the lives of the individuals. I interned myself and got hold of the concepts applied in this field. I now hold 9 years of experience working as a behavior therapist, registered behavior technician, and ultimately the assistant/case manager.
I am specialized in working with individuals aged from 2-21. I provide exceptional in-person, in-home, and remote services. I currently hold the license to practice in Virginia and Maryland and have worked in Illinois and Georgia as well.
I wanted to establish my own ABA therapy company since I had a goal to accomplish the preservation of quality ABA treatment. Upon working with well-established ABA organizations, I noticed the quality of large-scale companies’ services generally declines over time, and such companies often prefer quantity over quality. In most cases, upper management prefers business models over client satisfaction.
Therefore I set off on a journey to create a BCBAs-owned and operated company that keeps its client as the priority. Our primary objective is to deliver top-tier services that prioritize the needs of our clients and caregivers. As we move forward and grow, my goal is to keep the highest standard of quality for our clients as well as our dedicated team of RBTs and BCBAss.
