I wanted to establish my own ABA therapy company since I had a goal to accomplish the preservation of quality ABA treatment. Upon working with well-established ABA organizations, I noticed the quality of large-scale companies’ services generally declines over time, and such companies often prefer quantity over quality. In most cases, upper management prefers business models over client satisfaction.
Therefore I set off on a journey to create a BCBAs-owned and operated company that keeps its client as the priority. Our primary objective is to deliver top-tier services that prioritize the needs of our clients and caregivers. As we move forward and grow, my goal is to keep the highest standard of quality for our clients as well as our dedicated team of RBTs and BCBAs.

Hi everyone! My name is Shahraiz and I love my job as it’s extremely interactive on a human level and fulfilling. Green Pediatrics has given me the opportunity to work with kids in the comfort of their home and make changes in their life with the end goal of being as independent as possible. Outside of work I love sports, working out, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the fresh air!
